Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will be working for our client, Natixis, within the Tech Expertise & Solutions department in the Salesforce Factory team. The Salesforce Factory is a transversal team (BA, DEV, QA) that develops and delivers needs across Natixis business lines—enabling fast, high-quality Salesforce solutions for day-to-day operations and new feature releases.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements, design the right technical approach, and deploy robust Salesforce functionality that supports multiple business areas.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that map to business requirements, ensuring quality and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions end-to-end.

• Perform code reviews and help enforce best practices across the team.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and support Salesforce applications to ensure stable and reliable delivery.

• Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems and support data migration needs.

• Write and execute unit and integration tests to improve reliability and reduce regressions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, while staying up to date with Salesforce releases and technologies.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong expertise in Apex.

• Hands-on experience with Visualforce.

• Experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration/customization using declarative tools.

• Experience with source control (e.g., Git).

• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and senior developers, plus solid problem-solving abilities.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Salesforce certification.
