Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model
As a Power Platform & BI Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization within Groupe. You will contribute to designing, automating, and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency across key Corporate Function IT processes. Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and propose cutting-edge architecture solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Automate operational use cases using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Maintain and support existing automated solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop scalable ETL pipelines and structured data flows.
- Apply data modeling principles to optimize data for analytics and automation workflows.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and operational insights.
- Contribute to assessment, use-case identification, and implementation phases for local and cross-border initiatives.
- Communicate data insights and automation results clearly to stakeholders across Porto and Paris, supporting seamless collaboration.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate) and BI engineering.
- Strong background in IT, Data Engineering, or Software Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with software configuration, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Fluent in English at minimum B2 level; French language skills are a strong plus.
- Eligibility to work in Europe.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-300).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, SSAS, SSIS, and Azure cloud tools.
- Experience with Python scripting, REST API integrations, and SharePoint Online / Dataverse management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
