Senior QA Automation Engineer – Bank Software Testing

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading bank renowned for its innovative financial solutions and customer-focused approach. You will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence and reliability of their software applications, specifically focusing on test automation using Katalon. This is an exciting chance to contribute to cutting-edge banking technology while advancing your career.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts utilizing Katalon to validate software functionality
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects
• Conduct comprehensive regression testing to maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks
• Document testing procedures and systematically report testing outcomes
• Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, preferably within banking or financial sectors
• Strong proficiency in Katalon for test automation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with other test automation tools or scripting languages
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or software testing
