As a Senior IT Project Manager – Agile/Scrum Expert, you will be working for a prestigious client within the corporate banking sector of a leading French financial group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative IT and digital projects that shape the future of banking services, fostering growth and technological advancement across Europe.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver complex IT/digital projects aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope, manage milestones, identify risks, and coordinate dependencies, ensuring transparent stakeholder communication
• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) while advocating and applying Agile principles and practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, testers, and business stakeholders to maximize value delivery and product quality
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and stakeholder input in partnership with the Product Owner
• Monitor project metrics (BurnDown/BurnUp, velocity, defect rate) and produce steering reports for senior leadership
• Manage project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate smooth change management processes
• Promote Agile adoption by supporting teams with change management initiatives and Agile tools
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards relevant to ongoing projects

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT/digital projects, with proven Agile/Scrum background
• Fluent in French (both oral and written); proficiency in a second language is a plus
• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) or equivalent, with deep knowledge of Scrum and optionally other Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset, customer-focused approach, and adept at translating business needs into actionable deliverables
• Experience managing project portfolios and risk mitigation strategies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or Asana

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PSPO
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and testing tools
• Experience leading multi-site or multicultural projects
• Knowledge of product management metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
