RPA Developer – Bilingual French Skill

As a RPA Developer – Bilingual French Skill, you will be working for our client, a leading player in digital transformation, leveraging automation to optimize business operations across industries. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering UiPath-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance, supporting organizational growth and technological advancement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-based solutions, focusing on architecture, migration, and security aspects.
• Ensure RPA processes meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and participate in testing and validation activities.
• Stay current with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and RPA developers, to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within RPA processes to optimize performance.
• Support end-users and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing excellent assistance.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development or a related IT background (preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to define advanced technical and functional solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency, minimum B1), French (fluent, minimum B2), and Portuguese.
• Experience in designing, developing, or implementing RPA solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages, especially in a .NET environment (C#, VB.Net).
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning in evolving technologies.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with UiPath RPA tool and UiPath certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools, version control systems.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana.
