As a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer, you will be working for our client—a leading player in the digital transformation industry focused on delivering innovative IT solutions. You will help develop new functionalities, maintain and optimize ServiceNow instances, and support users to ensure seamless operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features within ServiceNow, leveraging JavaScript, REST API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Manage maintenance actions for ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and guarantee proper instance settings to support business needs.
• Keep ServiceNow instances in a highly operational state through proactive monitoring and updates.
• Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring efficient platform utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web technologies and APIs for enhanced functionalities.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Keep up with the latest ServiceNow and web technology trends to continuously improve solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and web technologies.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow instances.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Training or hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform certifications.
• Familiarity with additional scripting or development tools in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Portuguese language.

Language required for the role: Fluent English and Portuguese.
