As a Senior Middleware Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in data integration and middleware solutions, supporting mission-critical platforms such as Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis. Your expertise will ensure operational stability, drive incident resolution, and foster a proactive support environment, enabling businesses to harness real-time data for smart decision-making and digital transformation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
• Monitor production environments, identify issues, and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize business impact.
• Execute standard changes, service requests, and update operational documentation to enhance team efficiency.
• Strengthen team autonomy in Qlik operations and reinforce Kafka support within a complex Cloudera ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and develop resilience strategies for middleware platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining operational procedures and documentation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in middleware operations or related IT roles.
• Strong expertise in Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis platforms.
• Proven skills in production monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Cloudera platform dependencies and integrations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Kafka, Cloudera, or data platform management.

• Fluent English and French.
