As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the technology industry dedicated to delivering robust and reliable software solutions. You will play a critical role in managing incident handling, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing sustainable fixes to ensure optimal application performance. Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Analyze technical issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain application stability and performance.
- Support and oversee deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
- Drive improvements in system monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting strategies.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for incident resolution and system configurations.
- Enforce best practices in DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
- Conduct code quality checks with tools like SonarQube to uphold high standards.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3 to 5 years of development experience, with a focus on application support.
- Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring, SQL, and Angular frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Argo CD, and SonarQube.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications related to DevOps or cloud technologies.
Language Required for the role: Fluent in English and French.
