Senior Backend Developer – Oracle, Talend, PL/SQL Expertise

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial technology solutions committed to transforming banking experiences through innovative data management. You will play a pivotal role in building robust, scalable systems that handle large data volumes and deliver seamless user interfaces, driving forward digital banking excellence and shaping the future of financial services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend systems using Oracle, Talend, and PL/SQL to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data workflows and batch processing solutions.
• Maintain and evolve legacy systems while integrating new technologies such as Java and Angular for interface enhancements.
• Lead efforts to ensure delivery of quality solutions through CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
• Manage and troubleshoot large data volumes, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Respond swiftly to unplanned requests, providing reactivity and innovative problem-solving.
• Document technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of proven development experience in backend systems.
• Strong expertise in Oracle, preferably Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC).
• Proficiency in Talend and PL/SQL, with experience in batch heritage development.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Angular is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and large-scale data management.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to respond proactively to complex challenges.

It’s a plus if you also possess:

• Certifications in DevOps or related fields.
• Experience in banking or financial sectors.

Languages required for the role:

• English (Communicative)
• French (Good command)
