As a Senior Oracle HCM Developer – HR Systems Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR technology solutions dedicated to streamlining human capital management processes. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific HR requirements.
• Analyze HR data models and processes to design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Support integration efforts between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations for ease of maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Fluent French (C1) and good command of English (B2).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Good knowledge of SQL, including query writing and data structures.

Language Required for the role:

• English (B2 or higher), French (C1 or higher).
