Senior Business Analyst – Requirements & Stakeholder Communication

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the technology and consulting industry, dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions that shape the future. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead requirements analysis, including the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping to guide development teams.
• Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation to support project clarity and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, providing clarifications and assisting in the interpretation of requirements.
• Perform requirements validation, tests, and execution to ensure quality and functionality.
• Utilize SQL queries and database modeling skills to support data-related deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project documentation standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate smooth communication among cross-functional teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in requirements analysis, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Proven experience with test documentation and execution.
• Excellent communication skills in both French (C1) and English (B2/C1).
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with story mapping and Agile methodologies.
• Additional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.

Language required for the role: English (Communicative), French (C1)
