As a Senior Python Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the tech industry committed to delivering cutting-edge software solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing development processes, ensuring high code quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive innovative projects forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to guarantee reliable, maintainable code.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct refactoring efforts, adhering to simple design principles and clean architecture.
• Facilitate collaboration through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design and maintain resilient architectures that support scalability and optimal performance.
• Utilize Django framework for backend development to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer or Lead Developer.
• Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of refactoring, simple design, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Django framework.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or additional skills related to DevOps, CI/CD tools, or software architecture.

English — fluent command.
