Mid-Level .NET Developer – Banking Applications

As a Mid-Level .NET Developer, you will be working for our client in the banking sector, contributing to the development and enhancement of innovative applications around Sophis. You will join a dynamic team collaborating closely with global teams while supporting the transition of applications to Azure, the evolution of microservices-oriented architecture, and the delivery of secure, scalable digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance banking applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Contribute to all stages of the application lifecycle, from development through deployment and maintenance.
• Support the transition of applications to Azure and contribute to cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain microservices-oriented architecture.
• Perform refactoring activities based on Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Address business-related challenges while following banking sector guidelines.
• Apply SOLID principles, coding best practices, and a software craftsmanship mindset.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment and work effectively with global teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in C# .NET development.
• Practical experience with C# .NET 4.5, .NET Core 2.2, and ASP.NET MVC 5.
• Experience with all stages of the application lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Azure PaaS services, including Message Bus, App Manager, and App Service.
• Experience with Git, Gitflow, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio 2017, Jira, and Confluence.
• Good time management, communication, and autonomous working skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservices-oriented architecture.
• Experience with application refactoring processes.
• A strong Agile and software craftsmanship mindset.
• Experience working with banking sector guidelines.

Language Required for the role: Fluent English is mandatory, with a minimum B2 level. Portuguese is also required; the expected level has not been specified.
