IAM Business Analyst (SailPoint IdentityIQ) – Wealth Management

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.

We are looking for an IT IAM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance, and privilege access management, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Specify business cases based on your experience.
• Explain and support local developers and testers to validate deliveries.
• Help define test cases in integration and user acceptance environments.
• Report to the product owner and lead business analyst.
• Review specifications with IdentityIQ’s business owners and highlight potential points of attention.
• Promote test coverage within the team.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certified SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst on relevant projects.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions of SailPoint and O365/Azure and SharePoint/NTFS permission management (a plus).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).
• Teamwork, flexibility, highly-developed customer focus, and technical expertise.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to define functional use cases.
• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java
• Testing methodology
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
