As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will work with our client in the insurance industry, focusing on delivering complex software solutions within a legacy environment. You will play a pivotal role in guiding development teams, ensuring best practices, and maintaining high-quality technical standards. Your main responsibilities:

Lead technical design and implementation of User Stories and Features, ensuring compliance with the Bank's standards and non-functional requirements.

Guide development squads by cascading architectural decisions and setting technical priorities.

Oversee the implementation of enablers and management of technical debt at the squad level.

Promote and ensure development best practices, including peer reviews, automation, and documentation.

Manage technical integration within CI/CD pipelines, supporting quality assurance processes.

Support, mentor, and upskill team members on technical aspects and industrialization actions.

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and monitor component debt scores.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of JIRA tickets, linking tasks appropriately, and tracking progress.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
-
At least 1 year of experience as a technical lead or 5 as a senior developer in software development projects.

Proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21), Angular, and related technologies such as Spring Boot, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Jenkins.

Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, Postgres) and server environments (Tomcat).

Experience managing development teams and implementing Agile methodologies.
