As a Workday Transformation Project Lead – Program & Stakeholder Management, you will be working for a leading international IT company on a high-impact, enterprise-wide HR technology transformation. You will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Workday programme focused on revolutionizing Reward Planning & Distribution processes, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder alignment across a large organization. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of HR technology and scale your leadership in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Own the delivery and optimization of Workday Reward processes, including salary, bonus, and LTI workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop and manage comprehensive programme plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders, HR teams, Workday specialists, and technical delivery teams, fostering collaboration and clarity.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Drive process improvements and support the transition toward a scalable, product-centric HR technology model.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and user experience within Workday.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring momentum and quick resolution of blockers.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex transformation programmes within large enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in project/programme management, particularly in HR or Workday-related projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules, enterprise data, and systems integration concepts.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working closely with technical teams and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience with Workday Compensation or Reward modules.
- Background in HR technology transformation projects.
- Knowledge of AI, GenAI, or automation technologies applied within enterprise settings.
- Experience managing a portfolio of related programmes.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
