As a Senior Release Manager – Software Deployment & Release Coordination, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in the tech industry, dedicated to driving innovation through efficient and precise software releases. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex deployment processes, ensuring flawless delivery in a fast-paced environment, and enabling continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end software release processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workflows, maintaining transparency and control over the entire release landscape.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex merge conflicts within Git architecture rapidly, under tight deadlines.
  • Implement best practices in release management, including branching strategies and repository management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment procedures and improve operational workflows.
  • Communicate clearly complex technical details to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and provide agile, effective solutions to mitigate risks.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in release management, software deployment, or related fields.
  • Expert-level understanding of Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management.
  • Proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex merge conflicts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Decisiveness and calmness under pressure, making swift, data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a proactive problem-solving approach.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certifications in release management, DevOps, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
