As a Senior Technical Support Engineer in our client’s Financial Systems team, you will be working for a leading organization dedicated to maintaining and enhancing critical financial, accounting, and procurement systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring system stability through corrective maintenance, handling evolving configurations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, empowering the financial backbone of the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve first-level incidents and support requests promptly and effectively
• Perform corrective maintenance to address system issues and ensure high availability
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, including unit testing, to validate system changes
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of system evolution modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and performance
• Document incidents, solutions, and system changes with clarity and precision
• Support ongoing process improvements to optimize system reliability and user experience

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or system maintenance within financial or enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of financial systems, banking solutions, or related IT environments
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and incident management
• Technical skills in system testing, diagnostics, and problem resolution
• Strong communication skills in English (communicative level) and French (proficient level)
• Experience working in hybrid models with flexibility for remote collaboration

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or experience in financial or enterprise system support
• Additional technical skills in system automation or scripting
• Knowledge of regulatory financial processes or compliance frameworks

Language required for the role:
English (Communicative), French (Proficient)
