Your main responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to develop clear, actionable specifications.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation to support project execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs and story maps.
• Develop and execute test cases, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Conduct SQL queries and review database models to support data-driven analysis.
• Support the implementation of solutions by providing ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify and refine project scope and deliverables.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior capacity.
• Proven expertise in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping.
• Strong written skills in both functional and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2/C1).
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in financial services or related industries.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or relevant project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Go language (not mandatory but advantageous).

Language required for the role:

• English (Fluent)
• French (C1 level)
