Senior Data Business Analyst – SQL & Architecture

As a Senior Data Business Analyst, you will be working for our client as part of the MULTI / Data Factory team, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. You will help translate business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, user stories and well-structured solutions, supporting the delivery of impactful data-focused initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyse business and technical requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories and story maps.
• Document and execute tests to validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to solution alignment through a strong understanding of technical architecture and database models.
• Participate in on-call availability as required.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis.
• Experience creating functional specifications, user stories and story maps.
• Experience preparing test documentation and executing tests.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database models.
• Good understanding of technical architecture.
• Strong communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Autonomy, organisation, rigour, proactivity and a collaborative approach.

Language Required for the role: Fluent English and French at C1 level.
