Senior Business Analyst – Bilingual French/English

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization committed to transforming the way businesses leverage data and technology. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and test plans to ensure accurate implementation and quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Design and execute SQL queries to support data analysis and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize technical architecture and workflows.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, story mapping, and feature prioritization.
• Support testing activities by reviewing test cases and verifying system functionality against requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification to ensure successful project delivery.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a technical environment.
• Proven expertise in requirements analysis, functional/specifications documentation, and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.
• Good understanding of technical architecture and system design.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and French (C1).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with technical or functional documentation beyond standard requirements.
• Certification or training in business analysis or related fields.
• Knowledge of story mapping and test documentation.
