Support Developer – Regulatory Accounting Systems

Lisbon-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 2 remote days per week.

As a Support Developer, you will be working for our client within a team responsible for the operation and corrective maintenance of information systems supporting finance, accounting, and procurement. You will contribute to the stability and evolution of regulatory accounting systems through incident management, corrective maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests.
• Perform corrective maintenance on regulatory accounting systems.
• Contribute to the implementation of system evolutions.
• Execute unit tests to help ensure the quality and reliability of delivered changes.
• Support the continuous improvement of finance and accounting-related systems.
• Help maintain the operational stability of systems used in finance, accounting, and procurement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience working with finance and accounting transactions.
• Background in application support, software development, or information systems maintenance.
• Experience with incident and support request management.
• Knowledge of corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with unit testing.
• An organised and service-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.

Language Required for the role:

• English – communicative command.
• French – required; proficiency level not specified.
