This is a Porto-based hybrid opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client – a European leader in payment services. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Your main responsibilities:

• Providing first-level support for Loan IQ users

• Gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for enhancements and/or bug fixes

• Testing developed functionalities;

• Participation in projects in the scope of the stream;

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on best practices for projects and general tasks of an IT Business Analyst

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 3 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst (on the IT side),

• Experience working in Banking or Fintech industries

• Experience working in Loan IQ

• Have a good level of English – at least B2

• Be proactive and capable of working with autonomy

• Agile framework experience needed

• Be proactive and not afraid to ask questions

• Technical skills required: knowledge of SQL
