Business Analyst – Tester

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Business analyst-tester, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through meticulous analysis and comprehensive testing.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and review functional specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and standards

• Write and maintain test scripts to validate software functionality.

• Use tools like Palmyra for project management and Postman for API testing.

• Use SonarQube to monitor and ensure code quality and compliance.

• Coordinate and lead QA activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely issue resolution

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Ability to create and review detailed functional specifications

• Skilled in developing and maintaining test scripts for software testing.

• Experience using Palmyra for project management and Postman for API testing.

• Understanding of how to use SonarQube for monitoring code quality.

• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage QA activities and collaborate with team members

• Fluency in English and French
