System Integrator – Payments

This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.

As an Application Integrator, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for maintaining non-production and production environments in partnership with our supplier.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the relationship with the editor/supplier and ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Ensuring service quality through incident and problem management, as well as change management
• Participating in level 3 committees for incidents/problems and crisis cells
• Proposing and developing technical solutions for encountered issues
• Drafting technical specifications and protocols
• Addressing security and regulatory constraints
• Defining test strategies and necessary means
• Supervising integration tests and contributing to their execution
• Drafting technical test cases
• Providing N3 support
• Performing occasional N3 on-call duties

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Proven ability to maintain both non-production and production environments effectively
• Competence in MySQL/MariDB, RedHat, Apache/Tomcat, ElasticSearch, and related technologies for troubleshooting and proposing solutions
• Capability to manage incidents contribute to resolution committees, and aid in crisis management, ensuring service continuity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting technical documents and collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to work standard hours and be on call occasionally, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to address emergencies promptly
• Fluency in French
