Fullstack Java Developer

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Fullstack Developer for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of robust, high-quality business applications by actively participating in the collaborative engineering of solutions within our ever-evolving business environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot 2 to support backend functionality.

• Implement frontend components and user interfaces using Angular 14 to enhance user experience.

• Design and optimize database interactions using Hibernate 5 to ensure efficient data management.

• Collaborate with team members to integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot 2 for backend development.

• Experience with Angular 14 for building dynamic and responsive frontend applications.

• Knowledge of RESTful principles for designing and implementing web services.

• Familiarity with Hibernate 5 for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) and database interaction.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Minimum C1 level proficiency in French for effective communication within the team, with English proficiency as a plus
