As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in the financial technology industry. You will contribute to designing and implementing scalable solutions across backend and frontend platforms, driving innovation in risk management, market analysis, and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Python Django to support core business functionalities
• Design engaging, responsive frontend interfaces with Angular or Vue.js to enhance user experience
• Contribute to the architecture design of scalable, resilient systems, potentially integrating AI/ML components
• Develop and maintain APIs to ensure seamless communication between various services
• Optimize database schemas and queries for relational, NoSQL, and vector databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server
• Participate actively in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and industrialization of AI/Data solutions
• Collaborate within a distributed agile team following Scrum rituals to ensure timely project deliveries
• Uphold high standards for code quality, documentation, and best practices, including TDD and version control

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with Python Django and JavaScript frameworks
• Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience in API development and integration
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with AI/ML components integration
• Certifications in software development or cloud technologies
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks

Language required for the role:

• Fluent in English
• Good command of Portuguese
