Monitoring and Observability Specialist

Join us as a Monitoring and Observability Specialist in Lisbon to harness data and improve system performance.

This is an on-site role, based in Lisbon.

As a Monitoring and Observability Specialist, you will collaborate with teams to design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions, ensuring optimal performance and insightful analytics.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dashboards using Power BI (Desktop/Service, Dashboards, Power Query).
• Customize and maintain Grafana dashboards utilizing diverse data sources (Azure Monitor, InfluxDB, SQL, PRTG, etc.).
• Leverage Dynatrace for dashboard creation, navigation, and alarm configuration.
• Adopt Agile methodologies for backlog definition, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Research and implement innovative monitoring and observability solutions.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• A solid understanding of monitoring and observability practices.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, including sprint goal-setting and prioritization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
