Murex Forex Functional Support Analyst

Are you passionate about financial markets and experienced in functional support for financial systems? Join our team in Porto to support the critical Murex Forex system, a key tool for global FX operations.

This is a Porto-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week.

As a Murex Forex Functional Support Analyst, you will work within the Business Support & Monitoring Department to ensure the smooth operation of the Murex Forex system, handling incidents, assisting users, and coordinating upgrades and patches.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for the Murex Forex system.
• Assist with incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support testing, upgrades, and patch coordination.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system efficiency and performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of FX products and financial environments.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a financial or trading environment.
• Knowledge of FX products and markets.
• Experience with MS Office 365 and SQL.
• Previous experience in project management and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher); knowledge of French is a plus.
