Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce Project

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Business Analyst for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for leading requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing, and documenting business processes and user requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements

• Draft functional specifications documents

• Participate in user acceptance testing

• Manage business and back-office support

• Assist in resolving user incidents

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects

• Proficiency in French (B2 level)

• Ability to write functional requirement documents based on business needs

• Experience in estimating MOA (Methods, Organization, and Procedures) effort

• Proficiency in conducting effective meetings
