As a Senior Python Developer you will be working for our client, a leader in the IT infrastructure domain, dedicated to delivering scalable and reliable software solutions that power critical systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct refactoring and architecture enhancements while maintaining simple, clean design principles.
• Collaborate effectively through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, and sprint activities.
• Design and maintain resilient architectures supporting scalability and high performance.
• Develop backend solutions using Python and Django framework aligned with business needs.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 9+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on backend development.
• Expertise in Python, Django framework, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD tools, refactoring, and clean architecture.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills with an autonomous work approach.
• Experience working in agile environments and fostering continuous learning.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in related fields or additional technical training.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English.
