As a Senior Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the industry committed to delivering top-tier software quality. You will be instrumental in designing and executing testing strategies that elevate product reliability and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive testing plans to ensure software quality and performance.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and standards.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality benchmarks across projects.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven leadership skills in managing test teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities in a hybrid work environment.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent.
• Experience with automation testing tools.

• French (Proficient) or higher
