Talend/Java Developer

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity

As an Integrator, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data integration solutions using Talend tools.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain batch processes.
• Implement job automation between systems.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Engage in Scrum processes using Jira for project management and agile development.
• Contribute to the integration of Docker and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with team members on GitHub for version control and code reviews

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in Talend and Java development, with a focus on Java 17
• Basic understanding of Docker and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Proficient in project management using Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in French
