QA Analyst

This is a Hybrid Porto-based opportunity.

As a QA Analyst, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies and test plans.
• Create, implement, and manage manual test cases.
• Assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and resources.
• Contribute to test effort estimation and identification of potential risks.
• Conduct daily reviews and analysis of test outcomes.
• Compile test status reports and issue status reports.
• Collaborate with developers to identify the root causes of issues.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Proficiency in English
• Teamwork good communication and a proactive problem-solving spirit
• Detail and maintenance-oriented
• Experience with JIRA-XRAY or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as QA or equivalent testing experience (Unit Testing,
• Integration Testing)
• Autonomous, Responsible, Proactive, and Organized while having the ability to adapt
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Basic Knowledge in SQL 
• Basic Knowledge of Linux shell script

Would be a plus:

• French speaker
• Banking functional/business knowledge
• Know-how in system automation
• Versioning system (git)
• C++ (Linux)
• Python
