Tech Lead CI/CD Engineer

This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.

As a Release Manager/DevOps, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for orchestrating and automating the deployment of software releases, ensuring smooth and timely delivery while maintaining the stability and integrity of the production environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline environments by configuring and maintaining them for development, testing, and production stages.
• Implement CI/CD practices to automate the software delivery process, ensuring efficiency and reliability
• Track deployments, identify potential risks, and implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Lead problem-solving efforts during deployments and resolve any issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate team activities, and communicate schedules, changes, and QA plans effectively to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Experience in Kubernetes / Docker / Unix

• Mastering pipeline scripts and automation

• 4+ years of experience with Git and GitLab
• Some experience with Java development

• Fluency in English: B2
