As an Application Support Engineer, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for driving the advancement of applications as a Senior Application Engineer for our client in the financial industry, showcasing innovation, agility, and an unswerving dedication to client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with applications
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability, escalating issues as necessary
Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference
Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders in French to understand and address their needs
Fluent in French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in application support or a related technical role
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure
