This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days in-office, and 2 days of remote work per week.

As an Application Support Specialist, you will be working with a global leader in the information and communication technology sector. You will be the cornerstone of user support, ensuring seamless interaction with our IT solutions from a user’s perspective.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide application/functional support to users of our solutions, focusing on user experience.
  • Handle non-technical application administration (user management, access management, troubleshooting, and other configurations).
  • Maintain a hybrid work model, blending in-office collaboration with remote efficiency.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with clear and concise discourse.
  • A passion for personal relations, empathy, and conflict management skills.
  • A high sense of responsibility, dynamism, and a keen interest in acquiring new knowledge.
  • The ability to analyze and solve unfamiliar problems, demonstrating resilience.
  • Knowledge of document management, with a preference for smartDOCS expertise
