This is a Porto-based hybrid opportunity – 3x from home per week

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for assessing how organizations are performing and helping them improve their processes and systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with our team, primarily Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Developers, to understand product requirements and specifications
• Create comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Estimate test effort accurately
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases to ensure application quality according to specifications
• Prepare test status reports and issues status reports
• Review and analyze test results, working closely with the Development Team to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support UAT resources and activities
• Suggest possible solutions to optimize and automate processes, improving our services’ efficiency and user experience

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 5 years of experience in software testing
• English: B2+
• French: B1+
• Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Previous experience in both manual and automated testing execution
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
