Business Analyst – CRM

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Business Analyst for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for leading requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing, and documenting business processes and user requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for the CRM Squad projects, including Vision 360 and ARC, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with business needs.

• Design, write, and validate user stories, ensuring they accurately represent business needs and are suitable for development.

• Actively participate in Agile sprint rituals to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and Agile processes.

• Support project activities such as maturation, user story development, testing strategy, and production deployment for initiatives like Vision 360.

• Maintain operational readiness through tasks such as updating functional documentation, providing business support, monitoring production, and ensuring operational stability

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Experience in all aspects of business analysis, including requirement gathering, functional design, testing strategy, and execution.

• Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management and Kanban board utilization.

• Comfortable with data manipulation, including SQL queries, to support analysis and reporting needs.

• Demonstrated soft skills such as autonomy, teamwork, rigor, creativity, and a proactive attitude, conducive to Agile methodologies.

• Minimum C1 level proficiency in French for effective communication within the team
