This is a remote Spain-based opportunity – with the possibility of client visits
As a Contact Center Software Engineering for our client, a European provider of professionally monitored security solutions for homes and businesses. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the technology that ensures seamless communication and support for our customers.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full-stack solutions for contact center software, focusing on Java-based development
Implement and integrate multichannel functionalities such as Chat, WhatsApp, and DialogFlowCX bots into contact center platforms
Collaborate with the team to refine requirements, create epics, and define user stories
Ensure the quality of software produced, adhering to defined quality strategies and participating in testing activities
Work proactively and autonomously, resolving internal and external impediments, and contributing to results and a customer-oriented environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Software Engineering
Proficiency in Java development is a must, with experience in frameworks like Spring and AngularJS
Demonstrated experience in integrating multichannel solutions and bots, preferably using technologies like DialogFlowCX
Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQLServer, along with proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs integration
Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate fluently in Spanish (C1) and English (B1), and adapt to a dynamic, multi-country team environment with a heavy workload
