Business Analyst

This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.

As a Business Analyst, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for assessing how organizations are performing and helping them improve their processes and systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Write user requirements and functional specifications.
• Prepare and monitor the user acceptance testing phase.
• Formalize and report project monitoring committee meetings.
• Coordinate Service Centers operationally.
• Manage corrective maintenance changes autonomously.
• Quality control: assistance, monitoring, and validation of deliverables.
• Analysis and impact studies.
• Develop testing strategy and write the test plan.
• Provide user support and facilitate meetings.
• Create and monitor tickets using Metis, Mantis, or US.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• French and English language proficiency
• Experience in project management, including Regulatory Reporting and Credit Risks
• Skills in writing user requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
• Autonomous management of maintenance changes.
