This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Jira Cloud Implementation and Migration Specialist for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for driving seamless transitions and optimizing workflows through Jira Cloud solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead Jira Cloud implementation projects to meet organizational goals

• Assess current systems for improvement opportunities in Jira Cloud

• Manage end-to-end migration process and user training

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and drive consensus

• Provide ongoing support for users, troubleshooting and enhancing Jira Cloud

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Experience in Jira Cloud implementation in complex environments

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira Cloud configurations

• Ability to customize Jira Cloud for business needs

• Strong project management skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in English
