L1/L2 Support Specialist

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity

As a Support specialist, you will be working for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for collecting problem information, troubleshoots, and resolving or escalating to senior team members for resolution.

Your main responsibilities:

  • L1/2 support-oriented and must have great communication skills
  • He/she must be the engine of the team in front of the users and/or business as it must be capable of driving meetings and up/downstream communication
  • Must have ease of dealing with requests/incidents/problem creation/treatment respecting ITIL standards
  • Capable of performing simple/standard SQL queries and basic/intermediate knowledge of programming skills in order to easily identify code patterns and follow debug procedures

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

  • Good French skills – B2
  • Good English skills – B2
  • Experienced in ITIL tools
  • Working experience with SQL
