L2 Helpdesk Expert

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity, blending the best of both worlds with 2 days in the office and 3 days of remote work per week.

As an Expert in IT Infrastructure Management within the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you are central to the optimization and robust management of collaborative tools and messaging systems. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and fluidity of communication across the organization, fostering a productive and connected work environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance the organization’s messaging solutions, including the deployment and management of M365 tools like Teams and OneDrive.
• Lead initiatives for enabling shared spaces and internet access solutions that cater to the dynamic needs of the workplace.
• Manage office storage spaces and Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
• Implement solutions for the exchange of large files, enhancing collaboration across teams.
• Proactively manage bureau requests, delivering swift and effective resolutions to maintain high user satisfaction.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Managed Services.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, essential for engaging effectively with a diverse user base.
• Strong proficiency in M365, Active Directory, network security, and Windows (version 10 and above), ensuring a secure and up-to-date IT environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of navigating challenges independently and innovatively.
• Prior experience in creating impactful user experiences through effective management of digital workplace solutions.
