Manual Tester – Corporate and Investment Banking

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Manual Tester for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through meticulous manual testing procedures.

Your main responsibilities:

• Review requirements and design specifications to understand the product functionality

• Develop test cases and test plans based on the requirements and design specifications

• Execute manual test cases and record test results

• Identify defects and work with the development team to ensure they are resolved

• Report test results and defect status to project stakeholders

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of testing, including software development life cycle (SDLC), testing types, methodologies, and techniques

• Test Case Design should be able to design effective test cases that cover all possible scenarios and test the functionality of the software under test

• Experience in executing test cases to identify defects and ensure that the software meets quality standards

• Fluency in English
