Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer – Wealth Management

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to leverage data effectively, innovate business processes, and deliver cutting-edge applications tailored to client needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM forms according to business requirements using supported extensions

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability

• Administer and maintain Dynamics CRM, including deployment, upgrades, and security model management

• Develop and implement plugins and custom workflows to automate processes and enhance system functionality

• Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly in the Wealth Management industry, to understand needs and translate them into CRM solutions

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016 or 365

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM forms and workflows

• Knowledge of integration techniques for connecting Dynamics CRM with other software applications

• Familiarity with deployment types, upgrades, and security models within Dynamics CRM

• Fluency in English
