Mid-Level RPA Support Analyst – French Fluency

As a Mid-Level RPA Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, within the Tech Expertise and Solutions department. You will be a key player in maintaining and supporting RPA processes, ensuring seamless automation operations that drive efficiency and excellence. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth in the dynamic field of robotic process automation and digital transformation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for UiPath software robots in the production environment, assisting end-users with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor RPA processes and systems to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices; prepare reports on RPA process health for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating with development teams to implement improvements.
• Provide training and shared knowledge resources to end-users and stakeholders to promote best practices.
• Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and developers to understand needs and support process optimization.
• Ensure RPA activities comply with quality standards and participate in testing validation procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously upgrade skills.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of IT application support experience.
• Proficiency in UiPath (mandatory 3+ years) and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with programming languages such as C# and/or VB.Net.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent) and French (minimum B2).
• Client-centric approach to service delivery with stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with evolving RPA technologies.
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• UiPath Certification(s).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search and Kibana.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English and French (verbal and written).
