Calypso Specialist – Financial Sector

As a Calypso Specialist, you will join an elite team within our client’s firm, a prominent player in the financial sector known for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence. Your role will focus on leveraging the Calypso platform, guiding development efforts, and leading a team toward achieving innovative solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in Calypso-related projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features on the Calypso platform.
• Drive the agile development process, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a key liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical actions.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems within the Calypso framework.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience with a solid foundation in the development and implementation of Calypso.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to challenges.
