Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project plans, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives
• Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating clear communication across teams and clients
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resource allocation
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
• Drive compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards
• Support project initiation and closure activities to ensure seamless execution
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related fields
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering results
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Fluency in English (communicative level) and French
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
• Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks
