This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.

As a Project Manager, you will work for our client, a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and an unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of key projects within the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Frame and initiate new projects within the IT department

  • Conduct and facilitate workshops involving various stakeholders, both technical and business, including IT providers

  • Document projects by translating complex ideas into clear diagrams and slides

  • Write detailed requirements and design processes for project implementation

  • Develop and monitor project roadmaps, ensuring timely progress and milestones

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

  • Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness, particularly in workshop and committee facilitation

  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint for effective presentation and communication

  • Strong documentation skills to write clear and comprehensive project-related materials

  • Experience in preparing and managing change documentation, supporting change processes within the organization

  • Fluent in French
